Turtleneck sweater, top and/or dress that is! The turtleneck  is a wardrobe must.  It can be dressed up or down, can go from dressy to casual. The turtleneck can be worn all year long. It comes in many different colors and fabrics. In spring/summer can be cotton or silk/silk knit, spandex, etc... Ladies, can also be a sleeveless top or dress.
